Easiest Crab n Corn "Bisque" you'll ever make!

This is a total cheater recipe- once again thanks to the gloriousness that is TRADER JOE'S! Oh, TJ's what would I do with out ya?!?
You can scoop up every little thing you need for this at TJs and it's not too pricey- the crab is not cheap- but you wouldn't really want it to be, would ya?

Here's what you will need:

1 Container roasted red pepper soup from Trader Joes
1 Bell pepper chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1 can of corn kernels (drained and rinsed- or use 1 heaping cup of frozen corn!)
1 1/2 cups crab meat- in the fridge section at TJs you will use about 2/3 of the large container- freeze the rest or make some mini-crab cakes to go with this!!)
1/4 chopped cilantro
1/4-1/2 tsp siracha sauce
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
avocado to garnish if you want

Heat about 1 T olive oil in a medium soup pot over medium heat- add garlic, sautee till fragrant. Add soup, corn, bell pepper, crab and siracha.
Stir until heated thorough- serve with chopped cilantro and avocado and some majorly crusty bread
